PRIVACY
Effective October 18, 2026
This covers hodaridesign.com and our phone number, (313) 263-6611. Hodari Design is a brand of Hodari LLC in Detroit, Michigan. “We” means Hodari LLC.
THE FORMS
The contact form asks for your name, email and a message. The PRESS START questions ask for your name, email and what you need, and you can add who you are, your organization, website, phone number, timing and notes.
When you hit send, your answers come to us as an email, delivered by our email provider, Resend. We use them to answer you and to work on your project. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
TEXTS AND CALLS
When you text or call (313) 263-6611, we get your phone number, the texts you send and the time of each call or text. If you tell us your name or business, we keep that too.
We use it to answer you and to talk about your site or proposal. If we haven’t replied yet, we may send up to two short texts after your first message: one the next day and one on day 3. They stop as soon as Carlos replies or you text STOP. Details are in our SMS Terms.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We never buy phone lists and we never send marketing texts. Your consent to get texts from us, and the record of it, is never shared with anyone.
WHO HANDLES IT
Only Hodari Design reads what you send. The companies that run our site and carry our email, calls and texts (Vercel, Resend and Telnyx) handle it only to do that job.
COOKIES
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers. While you answer the PRESS START questions, your browser keeps your answers in that tab so a refresh doesn’t lose them. Closing the tab clears them. Our host, Vercel, keeps basic server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
DELETING YOUR INFO
To see or delete what we have about you, text (313) 263-6611 or email hello@hodaridesign.com. Tell us what you want removed and we’ll delete it.
CHANGES
If this changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
